Introduction
If you like realism, you’ve defi nitely come to the right place.
Tourist Trophy: The Real Riding Simulator™
isn’t just about motorcycle
racing: it’s also about getting everything right, down to the minutest detail. The bikes, the tracks, the physics, the AI riders—
everything in this game is spot-on.
Which is great, but there’s always a catch. In this case, the catch is that ultrarealism doesn’t come easily. You’ll have to tune
your bike, tweak your riding form, learn each course front and back, and understand (and embrace) the differences between
one motorcycle and another. And once you’ve done all that, you’ve still got to put that knowledge to work on the racetrack. That
probably sounds like a tall order—and it is! Nobody can accuse this game of being easy.
Success comes with experience, and we can’t put that in a book. But we can get you on the right bike for each race, show
you how to tune your bike and riding form, and point the way through every challenge. Along the way, we’ll show you how to unlock
everything this game has to offer.
We think you’ll fi nd this book an invaluable companion to the game. So kick back, dig in, and start learning. It’s a long path to
success, but you’ve just taken a big fi rst step in the right direction.
